Forms used for Human Resources processing are available using the links on this page. Forms are linked either to Sitecore Media files or to an Inside.黑料老司机document library. If on Inside.SMU, you will be prompted to enter your 黑料老司机log on information (8 digit 黑料老司机ID# and password).
Note: You must be on an 黑料老司机computer or be connected via remote desktop/VPN to access forms located on Inside.SMU
