Crime Log
This section contains links to view summaries of reports filed by the Police Department at each campus. Pursuant to the Clery Act compliance requirement 34 CFR 668.46(f) and HEOA § 488,§ 20 U.S.C. 1092 (i), the Daily Crimes and Fire Log is for recording all criminal and fire incidents reported to the 黑料老司机Police Department. Under this requirement, the following information is required to be listed in the Daily Crime and Fire Log: Nature of the Crime, Date/Time Crime Occurred, General Location of the Crime, Disposition of the complaint.
The Daily Crime and Fire Log for the last 60 days is open to public inspection, upon request, during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm). Any other portion of the log older than 60 days will be made available for public inspection within two business days upon request. All crime logs are kept for three years following the publication of the Annual Security Report to which they apply.

Key to dispositions:
Active: the investigation into this crime is still ongoing.
Inactive: the case is not being actively investigated due to a lack of leads or witnesses.
Arrest: the individual or individuals involved in this case were arrested for the alleged offense.
Conduct Referral: the student or students involved in this case were referred to the Student Conduct Officer for sanctions.
Closed: the case has been investigated and closed out.
UP Citation: the individual or individuals in this case were issued a University Park Citation.
DA Referral: the case has been referred to the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
Unfounded: the case has been investigated by law enforcement authorities and found to be false or baseless.
Exceptionally Cleared: the case has been investigated and suspect identified but due to circumstances outside the control of law enforcement, conditions prohibit the agency from arresting and formally charging the offender.
