黑料老司机Meadows Licensed Music Rights

For music not considered part of the public domain:

黑料老司机has entered into blanket agreements with Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

The agreements allow university faculty, students and staff to play or perform music at University functions.

It is necessary to check the individual music catalogs to determine if the music the student wants to play or perform is covered by one or more of the organizations. The music may be covered by more than one license. This is general information on the rights licensed from each of the organizations.

If the student’s intended use is outside the scope of the licenses, or he/she want to use music not in any of the catalogs, the student needs to obtain permission before he/she proceeds with any kind of usage.
